Boutique Hotel Warwick House is a spectacular early Victorian mansion, 5 mins walk from central Nelson, with views over the city to the sea beyond.

Built for Alfred Fell in 1854, major features include a spectacular grand ballroom and a 4 storey octagonal 'fairytale' tower. Architecturally is it most important Victorian Gothic renaissance building in New Zealand.

Four grand suites are available to guests, all with large ensuites featuring clawfoot baths, separate showers and period furnishings. Also one standard queen double with ensuite A self catering option is also available for families. Full cooked breakfasts are served to guests with classical music in the Grand Ballroom. Facilities available include massage and aromatherapy.

Warwick House is an ideal place to base your stay in the beautiful Nelson/Marlborough area. Your hosts Nick & Jenny Ferrier have a great passion for the area and a strong knowledge of what is available. Warwick House is home to Nick & Jenny and their 3 children as well as Vicki our beautiful black labrador. We enjoying sharing our home with our guests.
